[21:54] Gabrielle: I can certainly help you with this. Can you explain what you mean by hard-coded? Are you unable to click onto the Tax hyperlink on the Sales Order in order to change the Tax? [21:55] Adam Haussecker: before I select the company I can change the tax [21:55] Adam Haussecker: but once the company is selected, it auto-sets to our Default tax setting [21:56] Adam Haussecker: I have made multiple settings, but when I use the drop-down menu after selecting a company the only option shown is the default [21:56] Adam Haussecker: prior to selecting a company i can see all options [21:58] Gabrielle: I see. What happens if you completely remove the default Tax entered by using the backspace button? Do the other options display then or can you manually type in the desired Tax name? [22:03] Adam Haussecker: the other options don’t display when I erase the default, but I can manually type in the tax I want! [22:05] Gabrielle: Gotcha. Some things have changed on the Tax page after this recent release than how it was before. We have an Enhancement Request submitted to see about changing the design some so it is more user friendly. [22:07] Gabrielle: Additionally, I can show you how to set a particular Tax for certain customer(s) so that way that Tax with pull onto Sales Orders and other transactions automatically. This will also override the Default Tax Agency set so you don’t have to manually change it later from the transaction like you just had. Would you like some help with this? [22:15] Gabrielle: Are we still connected, Adam? [22:19] Gabrielle: We have not heard from you in a while. Therefore, we are closing this chat. Feel free to reach out to us again if you need further assistance.
