Be able to set the Customer Status on the Add Customer page
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:
Save time and maintain accuracy by being able to update Customer information all at once from Customer creation page.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
Suggested changing default status to Prospect but feedback was customer doesn’t want his staff to have to remember to change the status to active.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
I would like to request that the Customer Status field be available as a field on the Configure Customer Layout area.
I’m aware that I can make the Customer creation status default to PROSPECT but I make the default ACTIVE so my employees don’t have to remember to change status.
