Attempted Solutions So Far:
A possible solution to create a custom field to notate other statuses on the customer dashboard has been mentioned to the customer.
Currently, a customer status is hard coded for Prospect, Active, Deleted or Lost.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
The customer wants to be able to type in other types of statuses that are completely customizable for each individual customer that they have. Not every customer they have falls into the hard-coded statuses already listed.
I would like to change status on my clients to “closed” as opposed to lost, or prospect. I would like to be able to look at an active client list that represents on-going jobs.
