Assignments Guide - View & Update Assignments

Would you like to make, change, or remove assignments at the Customer/Vendor level without having to go into each Customer/Vendor? You can! Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be able to update your Customer/Vendor Assignments in no time!

Start by navigating to Company → Settings → Company → Assignment Categories. On this screen you can click on the View/Update Assignments button at the top of the page.

This will take you to the Mass Assignment Request page. From there, you can Add, Reassign, or Remove Assignment Categories from Customers or Vendors. Once you have selected the criteria you wish to update, you can click the Preview button to see which Customers/Vendors will be affected by the changes, or you can submit the changes. There will also be an option on this page to View Request History to see prior changes.

This feature will come in handy when Customer/Vendor Assignments need to be updated en masse, such as when an Employee is deactivated or promoted and will no longer need to be assigned to those Customers/Vendors.
