Dynamic “All” Selection Option for Sales Rep and Customer Assigned To fields when creating Calendar Events (Sales Orders type).

Our company uses the Striven Calendar to manage delivery scheduling, and our goal is to display all delivery orders in a centralized calendar view.
Currently, when creating a Sales Order calendar event, the system requires selecting either:

Customer Assigned To

Sales Rep
Because of this restriction, users must manually select all sales reps in order to populate the calendar with all deliveries.
This causes several issues:

Administrative overhead

Sales reps change frequently (new hires, role changes, departures).

The filter list must be constantly updated or deliveries will be missing from the calendar.

Risk of incomplete scheduling visibility
- If a rep is not added to the filter, their deliveries will not appear in the calendar.

Inefficient configuration
- Users must manually maintain lists instead of relying on a dynamic system.
Allowing a true dynamic “All” option would:

We have tried the following workarounds:

- Not practical for operational scheduling.
None of these solutions eliminate the maintenance burden.

Before implementing Striven’s calendar for deliveries, our team relied on systems where:

All orders meeting certain criteria (status, type, delivery date) automatically populated a schedule

No user-specific filters were required.
Our current goal is to replicate that operational visibility in Striven by displaying all approved delivery orders scheduled by Target Date.
Because deliveries are operational rather than sales-rep specific, tying the calendar filter to Sales Rep or Customer Assigned To adds unnecessary complexity.
A dynamic “All” selection that automatically includes future users would:
