What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Within the Event Types on the Calendar, have the option to filter for Appointments Type equal to "None"Note From Taylor: "Please consider adding functionality to custom calendars such that different appointment types can be different colors (this functionality exists) AND all appointments are shown with none shown more than once (this functionality would be new). Appointments with no type specified are the challenge currently."Things to Consider: Taylor is trying to indicate on his calendar certain calls that are more Importsant than others by type. For example, making customer calls red.
