Name of Feature/Request: Add user name instead of System who changed the task type in the description field with Timestamp

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To improve task auditability by automatically recording the username (instead of “System”) in the Description field whenever a task type is changed, along with a timestamp of the change.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Currently, when a task type is updated, the change appears in the audit log but the Description field is overwritten with “System” as the modifier. There is no visibility into which user actually made the change unless additional manual documentation is provided.

“Added by System as Task Type was changed”.

I would like to see the following auto-generated instead,

“Added by system, from previous task, as task type was changed by [USER] on [DATE] [TIME].
