Name of Feature/Request: Enhance automated description message to add more details when an item is changed.
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Having more detail on what was updated on the Updated Task notification email | Frequency: everytime a task type is changed. | There are situation where a task type is changed and we are trying to figure out if it was intentional or incidental, when reviewing these headers that the system generates it would be very helpful to know exactly what triggered the update, who did the update, when they did the update. If that doesn’t answer the question itself, at least we have the information of when it was done and by what person.
Attempted Solutions So Far: There is no solution, it is just hard to reconcile when, why, and who changed a task type when doing research on items.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: In the description there are automated messages that track when an item has a change in status. It would be nice to be able to see something like this: | Previously accomplished: The description is updated with a generic response today, but does not say what the original value was and the new value, who it was changed by, and at what time it was changed.
