Name of Feature/Request: Ability to restrict users from being able to edit Purchase Orders and be able to view only
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Restrict employees from making any edits to Purchase Orders and be able to view them only. | Frequency: Daily | This is a common response from Striven. Once a purchase order is created it does not make sense for anyone in the company to be able to edit it yet they may need to view it so they can effectively communicate with or customer when questions arise. We need to restrict abilities to edit because limited job positions are allowed to order while we need other positions( ie warehouse man) to be able to view. We cannot afford for someone to alter a PO inadvertently while viewing, causes a big mess and lots of confusion. Best practice would be to allow view only.
Attempted Solutions So Far: You can see in the audit trail someone altered it but you cannot see what they changed.
