Twilio Integration Help

I am looking for someone who has integrated Twilio with Striven. We are a Hearth company and I would be interested in talking with anyone who is currently utilizing Twilio for customer interaction. Specifically, how & when Text are going out of Striven.

We use text feature to send out notifications to the customer the morning of a scheduled appointment. The txt message does not have the ability to tell the customer the actual window of their appointment but it does instruct them to check their email. We manually send out email reminders the day before with the 2 hr window. More of a reminder.

Are you using two way text? When sending out the text, do they come from a discussion? Would you be interested in a live conversation to discuss your use?

Thanks

Jimmy

It’s just an outbound text workflow triggered by task. It goes out at 6AM CST. We had Striven set it up for us so I’m not sure all the details but we are always willing to video call if helpful.

Hi Jimmy,

I recently helped a contractor client connect their Striven system with Twilio for automated SMS.

We set it up so texts go out automatically when job statuses change, appointments get scheduled, or invoices are ready - all triggered by Striven events.

The Hearth integration adds another layer but the core webhook architecture stays the same.

Would be happy to walk through what worked for them and how it might apply to your setup.
