Name of Feature/Request: The ability to remove attachments once a contract managed Sales Order’s Status is changed to cancelled
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The ability to remove attachments once a contract managed Sales Order’s Status is changed to cancelled. | Frequency: There are a number of Sales Orders this has occurred with and highly likely it can continue happening. | There was confidential information added as an attachment and the SO has already been approved so being able to remove the attachment is very Importsant so internal users cannot view it anymore. If the Status is marked as cancelled the customer cannot view the SO anymore anyway so it will allow Lewis to remove the sensitive attachment from being able to be viewed by internal users.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Remove the permission Sales Orders - View and/or Sales Orders - Add/Edit for now. This however isn’t a viable solution because Lewis has employees whose job is specifically to review contract managed SO’s.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: How can I block anyone from looking at this sales order? It has confidential information uploaded in error.

Original Request: Is there a way to delete a sales order attachment?
What is the Goal/Topic?: Lewis needs to remove the attachment from Sales Order #57102 he shared but he doesn’t have the trash icon to remove it.
Where in the system is this located?: Example Lewis gave is from Sales Order #57102 however he mentioned there are more SO’s he’s noticed this occurring on so he will be sharing that information with me in the discussion when he’s able.
How is the user accomplishing now / past: Cannot remove attachment currently.
Steps Taken: Navigated to Sales Order #57102 in Blaze Fireplaces and confirmed I also do not see the trash icon. Confirmed Lewis and I are Full Access. Confirmed the SO is Contract Managed. Confirmed it is a PDF file type. Uploaded same file in Contracted Managed SO in SS and I have the option to remove the attachment. Found out it is because the Contract Managed Sales Order has already been approved that the attachment cannot be removed and shared findings with Lewis.
Next Steps: Await reply from Lewis and answer and follow up questions or concerns.Result: Resolved - From Task Follow Up | Previously accomplished: Cannot remove attachments in approved contract managed Sales Orders currently. Lewis has changed the Status to cancelled so the customer cannot view it anymore.
