What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Ability to select which attachments on SO will be emailed to client | Frequency: daily | In consideration of the business requirements, the ability to associate multiple attachments with a Sales Order is essential for order completion. However, it is not necessary to send all of these attachments to the customer. Presently, when emailing a Sales Order to a customer, all the attachments associated with the order are automatically included
Attempted Solutions So Far: Only associate the attachments you want to email with the SO. This does not work, because they usually have several images needed for the project, but do not need them sent to the customer with each email.
