Name of Feature/Request: Contract managed sales orders - be able to decline them manually
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: They would like the ability to manually decline sales orders when their customers are non-responsive. | Frequency: Unsure | They do not want sales orders that haven’t been approved to stay that way indefinitely, and they do not want to use the cancel function
Attempted Solutions So Far: Entering the Customer Portal to Decline Sales Order Quotes manually, but Mari does not like this proposed solution
