It really is a useful feature. From Hub to Order Approvals. 
What are some of the ways you are currently using the Customer Portal?
We have one Client that is a property Manager that is using the portal to have his clients enter Work Orders (Tasks) whenever they want to schedule service. They can then read the technician notes on those work orders send a message using discussion if they have a question as well as pay their invoices.
