What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the ability for customers to be notified on the status of the field techs using Workflows to trigger when the Field Tech Status is changed | Frequency: Whenever a field tech is dispatched out for jobs | Status notifications to the customer - traveling, working, completed, redispatch. But this would require them to A. add workflow triggers on status change or at the item level. Or B create this feature, which is a very common practice and feature in dispatch every dispatch software we have ever used.
