Customer Requirements: Things to Consider: Many of my coworkers mix them up since they’re so close, and unless you have two next to each other, it’s unclear which is which. This has caused serious issues having to cancel Importsant meetings last minute due to employees thinking they’re tentative when they haven’t confirmed their attendance.
