Attempted Solutions So Far: Documents are sent from computer via email or other means.
As suggested by Will, the customer could use a public Buzz post shared to one of the available social media options or via the “Link” option. They could also share to customer directly via the customer portal or via Striven email if he grants those specific customers portal access.
