Received Items vs Transaction Date

Name of Feature/Request: Received Items vs Transaction Date

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to receive items based on one date and have the Bill Date seperate to record when the Bill was received. | Frequency: Weekly | The AP aging looks at the transaction date so even if the items are received last month and the bill was received today the aging shows it as 30 days old.
This impacts Invoices (COGS) Item Builds being able to be created or Finalized.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Moving the Due Date instead of the Transaction date. This prevents the discount on the terms to auto add to the Payment.
