What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The ability to reflect a bill payment before a bill is created so it does not affect inventory until the order is received so it shows in their books the payment was made, then apply the payment once the items are received. | Frequency: Anytime they need to create a payment to document in striven before they receive the items and create the bill created | The ability to reflect a bill payment before a bill is created so it does not affect inventory until the order is received so it shows in their books the payment was made, then apply the payment once the items are received.

Attempted Solutions So Far: ordering an inventory item with a different name then using an item build when we receive it to move it to the appropriate inventory slots
