Original Description: Hey Gabby,
We need the ability to display a price range on estimates. Is this something Striven can do? I was thinking if we could set a price range setting for the sales order price it would be very helpful when quoting jobs before we go out on a site visit.

Patrick Ryan | Frequency: Weekly. | “I do not want to remove the total at the bottom of the order, I just want the option to trigger a price range in the sales order type. It would greatly help in our estimating process to not show any of the individual item prices and just have a price range at the bottom of the estimate. These estimates are being created in our showroom and given to a customer site unseen. We then visit their home in person and refine the estimate. This is when we would go from the order having the price range to a confirmed final quote with a specific $ total.”
Attempted Solutions So Far: Attempted to utilize the Sales Order Custom Columns. “My only issue is that I can not display the range in place of the total. Ideally on an estimate the customer should not be able to see the final price. I do not want to remove it because it will mess up our existing orders. Is there a way we would replace the total with a range and just set a predetermined range for the total price? For example is the total price is $7000 we could set a parameter of $800 so it would be a range of $6600 - $7400.”
