Name of Feature/Request: Option to remove grid lines in Items sections of Sales Order and Invoice formats
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Make printable formats more customizable to each individual customer’s needs. | Frequency: Daily as contracts and invoices are printed and sent to customers | The customer feels the grid lines look messy and unprofessional for the customer’s view. This is preventing them from being able to fully implement Striven. The customer wants to be our partner, but cannot do so until they have their needs met in their own system.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Cannot find alternative since this is a hard-coded section.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Currently not live in Striven, and they are trying to get the contract and invoice formats in a good spot. They are currently working a lot in Microsoft Word to customize contracts.
