Name of Feature/Request: On customer transaction page - Print invoice instead of just resend
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To add a “Print” button beneath the “Resend Invoice” option on the Customer Transaction page. | Frequency: Every invoice that is processed. | It simplifies the customer’s sales experience. We have a lot of revolving businesses that send multiple sub-contractors and installers to us because of the great knowledge of our product and service we display. We would like to uphold that experience with our invoicing and payment methods when interacting with existing and potential clients. Once business is established, we’d prefer to deliver quick and efficient service on all ends.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Solution would be to at least add a print option where you can resend an invoice in the customer’s AR transactions. Ideally, we’re trying to cut down the number of open tabs just to process or print an invoice. Just to print an invoice, we have to open 5 tabs. We haven’t been able to work-around this issue.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Enhancement request Create button on customer transaction page - print invoice instead of just resend. | Previously accomplished: We have to click on the invoiced tab in the customer’s profile, click on the invoice we want to print, click print, choose invoice type, wait for the invoice to download as a PDF, open the PDF file, click print for the print screen to pop-up, then click print to finally print the invoice.
