Name of Feature/Request: Add option for PAID watermark on invoice printable formats for customer reference
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add a “PAID” watermark or stamp to invoice printable formats for customers to see and be notified that their invoice has been paid. | Frequency: Daily | We would like to show our customers the PAID invoice as a receipt. This is easily done with most other accounting systems.There is no current function in Striven to show a customer that a specific invoice has been paid.The monthly statement that is there also doesn’t easily show payments.We do not plan on our customers having access to the customer portal to get this info.Some of our customers require an invoice receipt for their payments. This is a time consuming process that should be fixed.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Tried to change invoice format. Utilize the open balance/balance due option on the invoice format to indicate when there is $0.00 balance left for the customer to pay.
The customer portal has a paid mark on paid invoices however, the customer does not want their customers using the portal. They also checked the portal to see if the PAID mark could be printed on an invoice from there and it cannot.
