Have the “Default To Be Printed” setting equal to yes for new Customers on Financial Widget on Customer Dashboard
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:
Frequency: Everyday | Our invoicing workflow depends on every invoice being marked to be printed. If even one invoice does not get checked, it is missed being sent out to customers and missed being filed in our records, both of which cause issues.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
Have discussed with support and tried to find workarounds, there does not seem to be one. Constantly reminding our staff and regular training has helped, but still gets missed.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
To have the ‘Default to Be Printed’ box automatically checked by default for all new customers in Striven, simplifying the setup process and ensuring consistent document printing without manual selection. | Previously accomplished: we do this manually after creating every customer profile. It does get missed, as it is a manual step and open to human error.
