Name of Feature/Request: notify HDS when onsite task is duped
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: intermittant | I was informed today that when an onsite task is duped it does not go to the HDS team or notify them to schedule. This has caused HDS to miss an onsite required for today that was sent to the onsite team on 5/8 at 11 am. They were never notified.
