Name of Feature/Request: Move multiple files in customer hub
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: Maybe once every few weeks or months. | The customer hub in striven is an Importsant place to store documents both for us and the customer. If unmanaged, it can be very difficult to find the information you need.In the example I showed Tay’Lia, Assist America’s backup reviews folder had been filled with dozens of monthly backup review documents all in the same folder. Striven additionally doesn’t show you every document in the list immediately so it wasn’t completely obvious that there were more documents in that folder as the list had grown so long.It becomes Importsant to manage the documents in the hub once the number of documents grows to such a size that it’s difficult to navigate. In my Assist America example I created yearly folders going all the way back to 2016 and manually moved each backup review document. This probably took me about 20-30 minutes with how many documents were there.This could have been reduced to 5 minutes or less if I had the ability to move multiple documents at once.
Attempted Solutions So Far: There doesn’t seem to be a way to do this besides moving them individually, so I moved dozens of documents individually one afternoon recently to accomplish this for one customer.
