Name of Feature/Request: Modifying statements
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Remove hard-coded hyperlinks within Section titles on Monthly Statements. | Frequency: Each time a Monthly Statement is sent | There is currently no option to have these sections contain plain text and no hyperlinks to the Portal. When a Striven Subscriber does not use the Customer Portal, the statements are directing them to a link they cannot use.

Unfortunately on the statement, there is still a link to the Customer Portals, which we do not have activated. I know you recommend them, but they are prohibitively expensive and we’re not interested in those for that reason.
