What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the Statement PDF as a link to download similar to Invoices, Bills, Sales Orders and Purchase Order | Frequency: Every time a Monthly Statement is sent to customer | Can we get this revised to where the customer can simply download the statement? Right now, it has the hyperlink to set up an account and we don’t let our customers do that.
