My clients do not have portal access. I have to modify my invoice so much, I do not want my clients seeing this invoice, only the one I modify in Bluebeam. Where in Settings do I need to go to remove this feature? Thank you!
I’m on with Striven chat right now trying to figure out this same thing. It seems like its part of Striven’s system behavior and the hyperlink is being applied after rendering. I tried altering the html in the invoice formats and was unsuccessful. I have several customer’s without portal access and having a hyperlink to the portal on the invoice is only going to cause confusion. Surely Striven thought about this before launch.
They have to look into it further and get back to me. The work around they’re recommending in the interim is to remove the merge field [[Invoice-Number]] entirely and manually type the Invoice number in the memo field.
We will be pushing a hotfix on Monday 3/30 that will revert the changes to the Invoice Number displaying as a hyperlink.
