What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Option to mark an appointment as “missed” so it displays on calendar as such (with designated color indicator), doesn’t have to be marked done, and attendee is still able to reschedule.Things to Consider: User shouldn’t have to leave missed appt open on calendar, but marking it done removes option for attendees to reschedule the appt. explanationOriginal Description is saved below in discussions. | Frequency: nearly every day
