Name of Feature/Request: In Customer’s Communication section, show all discussions tied to that customer across all areas of Striven (Tasks, Project Management, Sales Orders, Opportunities, Etc.)
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Improve connectivity of information in Striven. | Frequency: Daily | This would greatly improve the user experience to keep any communications involved with a customer referenced quickly in one spot.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Can navigate to the different areas of Striven to see different discussions, but this would make it a lot easier to find discussions for a customer if you can’t remember exactly what it was tied to.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: utilizing discussions within the separate areas of Striven.
