Have one place to view all communications related to a Customer account
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:
Have on location at the customer account to see all communication related to the account When working with a customer account to help troubleshoot issues or outstanding questions it would be beneficial to have access to all communications/Discussions related to that customer.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
Going to Discussions and searching for by customer and Contact combinations to find Important information
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
When working with a customer account to help troubleshoot issues or outstanding questions it would be beneficial to have access to all communications/Discussions related to that customer. It would be nice to have the information from the Customer’s Dashboard/Communication page to quickly access all communications with this customer across all the entity Discussions.
