The current thermal receipt format causes delays at checkout
Attempted Solutions So Far: We have tried adjusting PDF receipts by printing at 50% size, but the formatting remains inconsistent.
Some of our team members have attempted to modify the print settings, but this requires workarounds that are not scalable for all users

They have requested a more structured receipt that includes transaction details, payment method, and a “Tendered” feature to facilitate cash reporting. Some users have worked around the issue by resizing print settings, but an improved default format would enhance the overall user experience. | Previously accomplished: Currently, we use PDF receipts scaled down to fit thermal paper, but this is not an efficient or professional-looking solution.
