How do I read other user post?

How do I read other users post? If I go to users I see some users have four or five post but it does not let me click on them to see what they posted.

Hi Chris,

When you go to someone’s profile within the Community do you see the Activity Tab that is available? This will show their Topics, Replies, etc. See my image below:
