Name of Feature/Request: Have option to make Task E-signature required or not
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have option to make Task E-signature required or not. | Frequency: Multiple times a week. | Acme Stove wants to keep Task Signature turned on but have the option for it to be required or not. This is because some of the customers don’t add the Task Signature and aren’t responsive so then an employee does it just so they can close the Task.
Attempted Solutions So Far: None with currently Striven functionality.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Employees will submit a signature on behalf of the client in order for the field to no longer require a signature just so the Task can be closed.
