What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Option to make custom field completion required in order to mark tasks “cancelled”. When selecting “cancelled” there should be a prompt asking why with the following check box options:Duplicate taskDue to open project work (with a field for the task link)Due to open support work (with a field for the task link)RMM issuesOther options may be neededThings to Consider: We can set custom fields to be required before marking tasks “done”.
