What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Require user to agree to task terms prior to task creation at the task-type level. Customer Requirements: Things to Consider: Promised Date: Files/Links/s: Original Description:When creating tasks of specific types it would be very helpful to have a banner page before task creation is allowed preventing the assignment of the task to a queue or other person, until an ‘I agree’ style box is checked.Specific use case for this is NOC requests and RMM requests - People get the wrong request type consistently and don’t fill in mandatory information. This ends up just being a hassle for the people doing/closing the tasks, when it should be a hassle for the people OPENING the tasks.So this request is for a new type of mandatory field that prevents the task from being assigned until filled in instead of preventing it from being closed. In addition a new type of field that will display text/html links until you check the box and it goes away so that we can provide information and links to SOPs on how specific task types should function when you go to create one, and have to confirm that you’ve read that information before proceeding. This would also be valuable for allowing a customer to display a legal disclaimer before opening a task.
