Future Feature/Expansion - Classes/Multiple Stores or Locations

Classes are great, and they are a solid start to tracking multiple stores or locations. Striven needs to expand the capability beyond transactions that hit GL Accounts.

When you have two locations, it typically means you have staff that work primarily at one or the other. Having the ability to assign them to a Class allows for many standard button presses to be skipped.

  • Their transactions would default to their Class.
  • Their default sales tax could default to their location’s default tax.
  • The Item Location on Sales Orders could default to their location’s default warehouse.
  • Their Transaction Formats and Forms would default to their location’s versions.
  • Their Terms and Conditions would default to their location’s unique sets.
  • Leads and Opportunities need a Class assignment so Web Forms can be routed to the appropriate location’s Pools.
