From the Customer Dashboard, always open pages in new tabs when clicking onto pages from the Waffle Menu
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:
Less clicks having to force to open in new tab.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
Right click and select “open in new tab” from the browser context menu, yet this increases the number of clicks.

The waffle menu currently changes the current tab to the page selected. In may cases, it is more advantageous to have it open a new tab. As someone battling an RSI, it would be appreciated to reduce the number of clicks if possible.
The waffle menu is still not very comfortable to quickly glance at and determine the position of a specific item. I believe that it would be easier to develop muscle memory if there was the option to make the menu linear (either vertical or horizontal) rather than in a grid.
The option to select ‘favorites’ from the waffle menu and add them as a static toolbar (much like the old UI layout) would be great. I greatly miss the ability to single-click to navigate.
