Name of Feature/Request: Access Waffle Bar w/o having to navigate back to the Customer Dashboard

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: It occurs in everyday processing, would be helpful not to have to open so many windows when dealing with one customer | The request for the widget being available when your in other menu pages in the waffle would prevent from backing out of what is being done in menu page to use something in the widget. The functions are not contusive to a productive work flow.

The request for to to able to change font type and size for the individual working in discussion would be helpful. For instance the font being used in this discussion is better for me than the font setup on my account. There is no way for me to change it.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Having to open multiple tabs for one customer, and navigate back and forth to the customer dashboard to select from the waffle menu.

the waffle menu is accessible from every page related to the customer except the sales order (at least, the pages I use). It would be so nice if it were consistently placed on all subpages related to that customer!

I also see the waffle menu disappears if you’re in the customer/project hub, or if you open the task from a link instead of from the task list or project

Thank you for the request and feedback. Some of this is already planned in an unspecified future update.

The reason Hub and some other pages do not currently not link back relates to these pages being in the newer NextApp technology. When we update all the customer dashboard and other subpages, then they will be back under the waffle menu.

For the most part, any time you go to a transactional page such as invoice, order, specific task, opportunity, etc, you are no longer on a sub page of that customer. Though getting back to the customer dashboard should always be a click away.
