What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Enable Project and Customer Custom Fields as Merge Fields in Workflows when the trigger is based on a Project | Frequency: During operations, we use workflows to provide updates to customers. Having the custom fields available as merge fields in the email body would be very beneficial for our process | Making Customer and Project custom fields available as merge fields in Project-based workflows is Importsant because it allows teams to provide more personalized and accurate updates to customers. This enhances communication efficiency, reduces manual work, and ensures that critical project information is consistently included in workflow emails
Attempted Solutions So Far: At the moment, customers are limited to using only the available merge fields in the email body when a workflow is based on Project Management.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: After reviewing the workflow merge fields, we have observed that Project and Customer custom fields are not available as merge fields in workflows triggered by a Project.
