I’m working on a workflow to notify my customers when they’ve received a document. I have about 7 different document types that I’ve made a custom field in a task called: Internal: Document Received
I’d like to be able to use the custom field as a merge field in the workflow. The custom field is not showing up as a merge field. I’d like to request that capability.
