Emjoi Support in Discussions

For the longest time I was confused as to why customers would respond to my discussions with ? marks as the only characters.

I think I’ve learned that this is when they reply with an emoji. I always ignored because I thought they “fat fingered” something. Am I correct in my assumption and do we think Striven can tweak this? Thanks!

Great news! We actually have this already developed and it is coming live in our next release in June :grin:

I noticed that the same thing happens when you name a custom column with a special character as well. We wanted to name a column with a box with a checkmark and it changed to a question mark as well.
