Name of Feature/Request: Search Striven results - challenges with looking up customer names with or without apostrophes
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow the search feature of Striven to implement special charactersThings to Consider: In the search, the special characters do not appear properlyProvided in original descriptionSuggested Alternative Solutions: Searching for the user without the special charactersFeature request for next round of updates, or incremental tweaks.I’ve been working on Project Management for customers such as:https://APP.Striven.com/CRM/AccountDashboard.aspx?AccountID=53021https://APP.Striven.com/CRM/AccountDashboard.aspx?AccountId=53032https://APP.Striven.com/CRM/AccountDashboard.aspx?AccountID=53052I use the top search bar for quick access to many things, customers, Project Management, contacts, employees, etc.When entering Kennies, Georges, Hennings, etc. without the apostrophe the customer doesn’t come to the top of the results - but using Kennie’s, George’s, Henning’s they are found very easily.Not sure but I don’t always remember the explicit names, so I was thinking if there was a lazier search pattern that would pick up either version of spelling here it would more easily allow the desired results when discounting some of the special characters (in this case - the apostrophe). The apostrophe in customer names, project names, task names, etc. has caused me other issues with emails, hyperlinks, etc. - most of which have been resolved, however the search one has another issue I entered as a separate task related to encoding, so if I run a search and don’t find what I’m looking for then I add the apostrophe to the search.
