Task Feedback Icons Do Not Appear - Requesting Alt Text / Descriptors / Alternate links
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: This will make it easier for end users to leave feedback.
Attempted solutions so far: Adding us to the Safe Senders list would not be ideal and cannot be pushed reliably with Intune. Alternative solutions would be to add us via PowerShell which would require constant upkeep when new users are added. Neither solution is ideal from a security standpoint.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: Users do not see feedback icons (the smiley faces) in feedback emails unless they trigger the “Show Blocked Content” banner. We do not want to make that type of action a habit for users. By adding Alt Text or an alternate text based descriptor / links, we can avoid the previously mentioned issues and still provide better context for users when they receive feedback emails.
