Name of Feature/Request: Display Contact Info On Sales Orders
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Display the associated contact info with the contact name in Sales Orders | Frequency: Every sales order | Our sales personnel spend a large proportion of their time working on sales orders, relatively little time working on customer dashboards, and almost no time working on contact info screens. They frequently need to contact customers. In order to access the contact information, they need to open (or already have open) a separate screen containing the contact information. Frequently having to refer to a separate screen for such information can be frustrating and adds to the number of tabs that must be managed when managing an order. There is already a contact being associated with the sales order. Having their contact information readily displayed would make workflow involving sales orders more efficient.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Add notes to the customer profile to have the contact information show on the screen.

I’ve attached an image of a suggested solution. | Previously accomplished: Customer is having to go leave the sales order screen and navigate to the contact info screen by clicking go to contact when hovering on the contact name.
