Attempted Solutions So Far: Build a Custom Report using the Sales Orders Data Set. The Column to use is called “Sales Order: Contact: Full Name”. Within the Custom Report at the top left you can toggle “Refine Results” and search within the Report that way under the Contact Name Column.

We will be completely revamping Sales Orders next year and if that is not already a plan I can add this request to see about getting a Filter for the Customer Contact added. IT WOULD HELP A TON TO REFINE AND FIND SALES ORDERS- WE DEAL WITH COMPANIES WITH 30 DIFRRENT CUSTOMERS AT TIMES [20:25] Gabrielle: In the meantime, you can build a Custom Report using the Report Builder and filter for the Contact Name within the Custom Report and that will help you search for the Contact Name utilizing the current functionality. Would you be interested in exploring this option? [20:27] Gabrielle: Yes for the actual design it is the soonest for the possibility of getting Contact added to the hard coded search filters. Then within the Custom Report at the top left you can toggle “Refine Results” and search within the Report that way under the Contact Name Column.
