Name of Feature/Request: Customer adds CC to a Discussion
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: This is the first time | When someone CC’s another person (i.e. a Customer CCing a Vendor) in an outbound email to a discussion in Striven that CC’d person does not come through as tagged in the discussion. The expectation is that when someone is CC’d in an email that is being sent to discussions said person will then be also added to the discussion.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: There is no way to accomplish having a CC’d person from an email show up in the discussion.
