Name of Feature/Request: Contact Information Removed/Unable to Re-Enter

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: When deactivating an employee, you are prompted with the option to also deactivate contacts with the same email address. McCollister’s would like this to be updated so it is unchecked by default. Currently, this option is checked by default which causes contacts to be deactivated by mistake.
