Name of Feature/Request: Checkbox for invoices that are being disputed
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add checkbox to invoices being disputed which would stop any finance charges from being charged. Things to Consider: Suggested Alternative Solutions: Original Description:ImageFIRST receives a LOT of invoices on a monthly basis and recently spent a lot of time sorting through unpaid ones that had late fees implemented on them.Their terms and conditions state that late fees (or finance charges) will apply for invoices that are over 30 days past due unless they are in disputeHowever, we currently do not have a way of marking an invoice as disputed, which means that we have to mentally keep a note that a customer is disputing an invoice. Additionally, if there are multiple invoices that are late, but only one is disputed, we cannot implement a late fee on the undisputed invoices without also implementing a late fee on the disputed one.This future feature request is for a checkbox to be added to invoices that can be clicked if an invoice is currently being disputed by a customer. If that checkbox is clicked, the finance charges won’t apply to that particular invoice (but late fees would still apply to any past due invoices that are undisputed, or not checked off).This will help for tracking disputes for both Miles and our customers, and would better align with our terms and conditions. | Frequency: frequently
